We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
- Special orders, customised products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Process
- Email info@psmfasteners.com within 90 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide instructions for return shipping.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs, unless the product is faulty).
Change of Mind Returns
Accepted within 90 days, provided goods meet the above eligibility criteria. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
